<p>Tell us about your background and how that led to your role as Warehouse Operations &amp; Inventory Supervisor, Hollystown McArdle Skeath. I joined McArdle Skeath, Inniskeen in 2014 as a General Operative. I was then promoted to the role of a Warehouse Operator with the&#8230;</p>

<p>In 1968, Michael McArdle bought his first lorry and started his business venture in offering a reliable transportation service. 51 years on, the business has grown dramatically and is now a trusted partner amongst Irish exporters providing integrated logistics solutions for the food, pharmaceutical and&#8230;</p>

<p>McArdle Skeath, 51 years in business, has witnessed many changes over the decades and has grown dramatically. The transport company diversified by offering warehousing services at the request of our existing client base. Following this was the acquisition of Skeath Transport which gave the company&#8230;</p>

<p>Tell us about your role in McArdle Skeath. I joined McArdle Skeath in March 2000 after working with Kingspan Insulation for six years. I thought after graduation I would walk back into the family business to continue the help with the work which distracted my&#8230;</p>

<p>McArdle Skeath hold a Wholesaler Distribution Authorisation Licence issued by the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) and have been audited and issued with a certificate of Good Distribution Practices GDP. As a primary distributor we have a quality management system, we also have technical agreements&#8230;</p>

<p>Tell us a bit about your time in McArdle Skeath? I joined the business in the summer of 2018 and as Business Development Manager I manage all customer engagements. I have responsibility for identifying new customer requirements and developing high quality,compliance led supply chain solutions&#8230;.</p>
